Senior Technical Associate (Java+React) Fullstack Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java (Backend) and React.js (Frontend) to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have experience building end-to-end solutions, working with REST APIs, and collaborating in agile teams.

Job Requirement

• 4+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in React.js, including hooks, state management, and component lifecycle
• Solid experience with Java, Spring Boot, and backend development
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with modern frontend build tools (NPM, Webpack, Babel, etc.)
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQLServer)
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git
• Understanding of microservices architecture is a plus
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
• Experience with testing frameworks (JUnit, Jest, etc.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Exposure to containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, or similar frameworks
• Build responsive and dynamic frontend applications using React.js
• Design and consume RESTful APIs and microservices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, QA, DevOps)
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging
• Optimize application performance and scalability
