Job Summary

The Technical Lead under direct supervision of the Project Manager/Delivery Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and supporting individual components within an application. This involves analysis, developing/coding, testing and implementation of the components. This may also involve providing enhancements and ongoing application support to the deployed application.

Technical Lead is also an experienced professional who can lead a team of developers to deliver and maintain software in form a project.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry.
• Define AI architecture and technical standards leveraging Azure AI services and Azure OpenAI.
• Drive end-to-end AI lifecycle including experimentation, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
• Present AI strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions

Job Requirement

• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry (prompt flow, pipelines, evaluations).
• Experience with Azure OpenAI Service (GPT models, embeddings, fine-tuning).
• Strong expertise in LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with Azure Machine Learning, MLOps, and cloud-native deployments.
• Strong hands-on Azure AI Foundry experience is mandatory.
• Candidate should have delivered production-grade GenAI solutions.
• Leadership and mentoring capability is essential.
