Job Summary

The Senior Technical Associate under direct supervision of the Technical Lead / Project Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and supporting individual components within an application. This involves analysis, developing/coding, testing and implementation of the components. This may also involve providing enhancements and ongoing application support to the deployed application.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Full Stack or Backend Development
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with Strapi CMS
• Experience integrating Cloudinary APIs and media workflows
• REST API design and implementation
• Understanding of database systems (PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB)
• Knowledge of authentication (JWT, OAuth)
• Familiarity with Git and Agile methodologies
• Experience with frontend frameworks (React / Next.js / Vue / Nuxt)
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of CDN and media performance optimization
• Understanding of security best practices for API and media access

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience delivering applications in Media domain
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a lean team
• Good communication and documentation skills
