Senior Technical Associate - Data Privacy

Job Summary

The Senior Technical Associate under direct supervision of the Technical Lead / Project Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and supporting individual components within an application. This involves analysis, developing/coding, testing and implementation of the components. This may also involve providing enhancements and ongoing application support to the deployed application.

Key Responsibilities

Privacy Operations technical /software engineering lead will be responsible for the maintenance of our PrivacyOps platform, including cookie and pixel consent management, data subject request automation, and data discovery and classification.

• PrivacyOps Platform Administration: Configure and maintain the PrivacyOps platform to ensure efficient operation of all privacy workflows, including Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) and assurance activities.
• Automation: Implement tools (Transcend, Snowflake, Salesforce, Atlan) to automate privacy workflows, managing and fulfilling DSARs through automated systems and applications to support policies.
• Data inventory mapping: Conduct data inventory and data lineage mapping across enterprise applications, systems, and data silos.
• DSAR/Rights Fulfillment: Monitor and triage all ongoing Data Subject Rights requests (DSARs) within the platform to ensure compliance with established SLAs.
• Data Management: Design systems for data minimization, anonymization, and secure handling of personal information.
• Administration: Administration, maintenance and review of all information security, compliance, and data privacy assessments.
• Metrics and Reporting: Meet all weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics related to privacy and compliance operational efficiency.
• Non-conformity tracking and reporting: Ability to communicate issues in non-conformance and/or changes in legal and regulatory risk landscape internally to business stakeholders in a clear, non-technical manner; escalate unresolved non-conformities within OLAs.
