Senior Technical Associate-Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

The Senior Technical Associate under direct supervision of the Technical Lead / Project Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and supporting individual components within an application. This involves analysis, developing/coding, testing and implementation of the components. This may also involve providing enhancements and ongoing application support to the deployed application.

Job Requirement :

• Design and develop scalable full stack applications across frontend, backend, and cloud environments.
• Build and maintain microservices and event-driven systems using Node.js.
• Develop high-performance, responsive user interfaces using ReactJS.
• Implement robust APIs, data models, and secure authentication/authorization mechanisms.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and improve system modularity, scalability, and maintainability.
• Develop and enhance content ingestion workflows, file management systems, and digital content libraries.
• Implement metadata-driven search, recommendation engines, and analytics features.
• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines with automated testing and deployment strategies.
• Improve system performance through caching, query optimization, asynchronous processing, and infrastructure scaling.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and observability best practices to ensure production reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high engineering standards across the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Product and UX teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and evaluate requirement by coordinating between internal teams and clients
• Understand and define problem statements, objectives; participate/manage Coding, reviews, testing, deployment, and support.
• Strong understanding of API design, distributed systems, and security best practices.
• Meet the goals and objectives defined / assigned.
• Align with organizational changes and upskill accordingly. 
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
