Job Summary

The Technical Associate under direct supervision of the Technical Lead / Project Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and supporting individual components within an application. This involves analysis, developing/coding, testing and implementation of the components. This may also involve providing enhancements and ongoing application support to the deployed application.

Job Description:

• Strong experience with SSIS for ETL development and data integration
• Proficient in ETL development, debugging, and problem-solving
• Proficiency in SSRS for report creation and distribution
• Advanced knowledge of T-SQL and SQL Server database development
• Experience with data modelling, normalization, and performance tuning
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Knowledge of VB.NET/C#.Net is an added advantage
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL packages using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
• Create and manage reports and dashboards using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
• Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views for data extraction and transformation
• Optimize and troubleshoot SQL queries and ETL processes for performance and reliability
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security across all reporting and integration processes
• Perform data analysis and validation to support business operations and reporting needs
• Maintain documentation for ETL processes, data flows, and reporting structures
