Senior Technical Associate

Job Summary

The Senior Technical Associate under direct supervision of the Technical Lead / Project Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and supporting individual components within an application. This involves analysis, developing/coding, testing and implementation of the components. This may also involve providing enhancements and ongoing application support to the deployed application.

Job Requirement: 

•    Work independently with the global team and provide the solution for a complex problem.  
•    Ability to work on new development and support activities. 
•    Salesforce platform experience. Mandatory to have experience with Service Cloud projects. 
•    Experience in Setting up & customizing Service cloud console and developing custom console components and integrating with console. 
•    Field Service Lighting Configuration & Customization Experience. 
•    Experience in SFDC APIs, SOSL, SOQL, SOAP or REST based web services, SQL, XML, and JavaScript. 
•    Experience working with Salesforce communities, Apex, SOQL, Visual Force, Lightning, JavaScript, VSCode, Workbench, Data Loader, Ant tool, Reports and Dashboards. 

Key Responsibilities

•    Hands on experience with Apex programming and LWC coding. 
•    Strong knowledge of Salesforce Platform and is hands-on. 
•    Good understanding of integration and database. 
•    Must have advanced understanding of the Salesforce.com data model and how and when to create custom objects vs. using Salesforce standard or out-of-the-box functionality. 

Certifications – Platform Developer 1(preferred), Service Cloud Consultant(Preferred),Field Service Consultant (Nice to have).
