Job Requirement

  • Possess strong technical expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience/any industry cloud with hands-on experience in custom development and configuration.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows for building scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.
  • Design, develop, and integrate Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements, best practices, and governance standards.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to analyze business needs, translate them into technical specifications, and implement effective solutions.
  • Apply strong understanding of Salesforce development best practices, code optimization, and secure coding standards.
  • Develop and maintain custom applications, triggers, classes, and components using Apex and LWC.
  • Configure and automate business processes using Flows and Declarative Tools within Salesforce.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and data synchronization strategies.
  • Utilize deployment tools (such as Change Sets, ANT, or SFDX) for seamless release management and version control.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, admins, and QA to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Ensure solutions comply with Salesforce governance, security, and data management best practices.
  • Stay updated with latest Salesforce features, releases, and ecosystem enhancements to continuously improve system capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and evaluate requirement by coordinating between internal teams and clients
  • Understand and define problem statements, objectives; participate/manage Coding, reviews, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Provide status to reporting managers and stakeholders.
  • Meet the goals and objectives defined / assigned.
  • Align with organizational changes and upskill accordingly. 
  • Help the organization achieve customer delight.
