Technical Associate

Job Summary

The Technical Associate under direct supervision of the Technical Lead / Project Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and supporting individual components within an application. This involves analysis, developing/coding, testing and implementation of the components. This may also involve providing enhancements and ongoing application support to the deployed application.

Job Requirement:

• Strong knowledge in Service, Sales Cloud
• Strong Knowledge in Apex, LWC , FLOW is must
• Good Knowledge in development best practices, governance, and coding standards
• Good Experience in Integration with external systems
• Good Knowledge in Deployment tools
• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Aura Components, and Flows
• Understanding of Requirements
• Develop the code as per the requirements
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and AQ teams
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems
• Support implementation of Agent force

Key Responsibilities

•    Analyze and evaluate requirement by coordinating between internal teams and clients
•    Understand and define problem statements, objectives; participate/manage Coding, reviews, testing, deployment, and support
•    provide status to reporting managers and stakeholders
•    Meet the goals and objectives defined / assigned
•    Align with organizational changes and upskill accordingly. 
•    Help the organization achieve customer delight.
