Job Summary

The Technical Associate under direct supervision of the Technical Lead / Project Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and supporting individual components within an application. This involves analysis, developing/coding, testing and implementation of the components. This may also involve providing enhancements and ongoing application support to the deployed application.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and support ABAP programs including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows.

• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for production issues.

• Collaborate with Functional, BW, Basis, and Security teams to deliver integrated SAP solutions.

• Conduct impact analysis and custom code remediation for ECC to S/4HANA migration.

• Optimize existing ABAP programs to meet SAP HANA performance standards.

• Analyze business requirements with functional teams and prepare technical design documentation.

• Ensure adherence to coding standards, naming conventions, and transport procedures.

• Support data migration and integration activities during ECC to S/4HANA transition.

• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support.

• Work within ServiceNow processes including Incident, Problem, and Change management.
