Job Summary

The Technical Lead under direct supervision of the Project Manager/Delivery Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and supporting individual components within an application. This involves analysis, developing/coding, testing and implementation of the components. This may also involve providing enhancements and ongoing application support to the deployed application.

Technical Lead is also an experienced professional who can lead a team of developers to deliver and maintain software in form a project.

Job Requirement – Technical Lead (.NET & Azure)

• Drive the design, development, and implementation of cloud-native enterprise applications on the Microsoft Azure platform.

• Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.

• Possess 8–12 years of experience in .NET / C# with strong hands-on expertise in .NET Core 3.1 / .NET 6.

• Demonstrate proven experience in deploying and managing .NET Core applications on Azure Cloud.

• Apply .NET design patterns, best practices, and SOLID principles to ensure robust architecture.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.

• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure compliance with project quality metrics.

• Manage API development, SQL performance optimization, and integration with Azure services.

• Possess strong knowledge of Azure Service Bus, API Management, Cosmos DB, Azure SQL, and Redis.

• Have hands-on experience with Kubernetes (AKS), Application Insights, App Configuration, and Key Vault.

• Exhibit a deep understanding of API design, asynchronous processing, and secure cloud-based solutions.

• Promote continuous improvement and innovation within Agile teams.

• Demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work in onsite/offshore models.

• Show strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to the organization’s technical roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

•    Analyzes and evaluates user requirements by coordinating with the user to define the problem, data availability, report requirements and system design problems.
•    Defines systems objectives and prepares system design specifications to meet user requirements and satisfy interface problems.
•    Analyzes alternative means of deriving input data to select the most accurate, feasible and economical method.  Defines controls, conversion procedures and system implementation plans including user training and orientation.
•    Should provide work leadership to lower level employees.
•    Excludes those with full supervisory responsibilities.
•    Complete understanding and wide application of technical principle, theories, and concepts in the field.
•    Provides technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.  Solutions are imaginative, thorough, and practical, and consistent with organization objectives.
•    Works under only general direction.  Independently determines and develops approach to solutions.
•    Work is reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives.  Contributions to the completion of specific programs and projects.  Failure to obtain results or erroneous decisions or recommendations would typically result in serious program delays and considerable expenditure of resources.
